The services we offer.
With a combined 30 years of experience, we have managed to build strong relationships with other trusted trades. Meaning that anything in your garden or outdoor space can be undertaken by Praesto Landscapes, who on your behalf would interact with other trades, like Electricians for lighting., Plasterers for rendering, Tree surgeons, Welders for metal works and so on. This way our possibilities are endless and the services we offer have no bounds, but more importantly we have complete control of the quality and service provided.
From the garden design to construction and including the soft landscaping like planting and irrigation. From aftercare and garden maintenance, we aim to make the process as easy and seamless as possible for our clients.
The Praesto Process
Consult / Discuss
Together we will arrange a suitable time/date for a site visit. Consultations and quotes are free.
In person, we will discuss your garden or outdoor space. If you have any ideas then we will listen intently, if you need some inspiration then we will provide plenty.
We build an understanding of your needs, style, budget and timeframe. We take everything into consideration from the suns positioning to which materials suit the space, task or aesthetic.
We even assess your access, delivery options and logistics. Taking as much information away as possible and with it we create either a design and/or quote.
Design / Quote
If you want to see the materials discussed, visit Corker Outdoor Ltd to see our show garden and all possible materials on display. This is perfect for physically seeing the products before committing.
Sketches & picture examples are all within our normal service. More intricate designs will unfortunately need to be paid for in advance for understandable reasons.
We understand that clients are usually working to a budget and within this stage of the project some items may need to be altered or changed until both parties are happy to proceed.
Arrange / Create
A few weeks before starting we order all of the materials needed for your project. In this time we would have received the agreed deposit.
We organise everything, Skip hire or waste services. Machine hire including diggers if needed, all deliveries to be scheduled in correspondence with the progress of the project….Now everything has been arranged it’s time to start Creating!
Efficiently and diligently we will work on your outdoor space, we aim to leave the site as clean as possible. After the project is complete everything will be cleaned down and you will be left with an outdoor space you dreamed of.
Here is our show garden at Corker Outdoor Living. We are proud to have one of the plots here, giving us a place to showcase our craft.
We have been working with Corker’s a long time now and it is a great place to send clients for inspiration. Being able to physically see products and materials before purchasing is a real asset!
